It is the third year of 3% or lower increases in tuition since 10 years ago and is less than the five-year plan for 4% annual increases.

Thanks to all that job experience—which typically comes from taking part in one of Baylor’s many service opportunities—students don’t have much trouble finding work once they graduate.
According to PayScale, 65 percent of students at private schools typically take jobs at private firms compared with 36 percent at public schools and 10 percent at nonprofit organizations. At schools like mine (Baylor), students don’t have time during college to look for employment; schoolwork is our priority.
