Far Cry 6 Setting and Game Play
The game is set up in a rural fictional Caribbean island called Yara, which is ruled as a dictatorship by El Presidente.
El Presidente, Antón Castillo, is raising his son Diego to follow his rules and methods of dictatorship.
Things come to ruin as Dani Rojas, a Guerilla fighter who was formerly in the Yaran armed forces attempts to restore the country to its past glory.
Dani Rojas is the role taken by the player, he attempts to topple the plans of Castillo and his regime.
El Pesidente, Castillo, guiding his son to become like him boast about how his father before him was a dictator.
He plans on taking this dictatorship down his bloodline and more.
Castillo as a leader is trying to empower the people to understand the need of strong leadership.
His goal is to use the resources available within the country to survive without letting foreigners in to cooperate with their scientists.
All this has been the plan of Castillo in Far Cry 6, but he is stuck in-between a revolution.
As for Dani Rojas who is played by the player. A gender can be chosen for the player, at the start of the game.
Far Cry 6 is action-packed as it is an action-adventure, first-person shooter game, whose gameplay follows the trends of previous Far Cry games.
The game features the use of makeshift weapons, vehicles, and hiring Amigos to destroy the dictatorial regime.
