- Click Didn’t get a code? to move to the next step if you can’t access the person’s email address or phone number.
- Choose an account you can access and click This Is My Account.
- Click No longer have access to these?
- Input the email address or phone number you can access then, click Continue. You will receive the reset link in your email or phone once you are able to reset password successfully.
- Contact trusted contacts and ask for their help. To do this, click Reveal My Trusted Contacts. You can skip to the next step if the option isn’t found.

- You can call or text all the Trusted Contact and ask them to visit https://www.facebook.com/recover. A code would be generated and given to you by the contacts
