Instagram has announced to the users its plans to allow them save incomplete stories as drafts. The social media giant, however, didn’t give us a idea of how long we should wait before this feature is released. In the process of developing this feature, app researcher Alessandro Paluzzi has managed to activate the ‘Story Draft’ feature.
Instagram Story Drafts
Upon release, you’ll see a new Save Draft option when you want to exit the story creation UI Without posting the story successfully. You’ll find the option in between existing Discard and Cancel buttons. Just click Save Draft button and you can continue from where you left off some other time.
Stories saved as drafts will not be visible to others until you post them. You can access your drafts collection in a new ‘Drafts’ section present right above the Camera Roll option.
As of now, Instagram’s Story Drafts feature is not is available to one including those in Instagram’s beta channel. In a couple of day we expect Instagram to launch the feature to the public.
While this new feature may not actually be valuable to ordinary Instagram clients, it will without a doubt be of importance to influencers, online media directors, and organizations to deliberately design their Instagram stories absent a lot of problem inside the versatile application.
