Select the Ignore Group option to completely mute notifications. Ignoring a group doesn’t mean you have access, you just won’t have get notifications from any of the group members. You can block a member to get rid of notifications from specific members in the group.
How to Leave a Messenger Group
If you aren’t satisfied with just muting or deleting group’s members, you can leave the group. By doing this, you’re no longer in the conversation and other group members will be notified you left. Go to the group settings and click on Leave Group.
