Miscarriage is the extirpation of pregnancy which happens spontaneously due to fetus loss before the pregnancy is 4 months and 2 weeks old. I know you are used to seeing instant bleeding when a Complete Miscarriage occurs but it isn’t in all cases. The Missed type is a silent kind which doesn’t give any sign of pregnancy termination of any kind. The embryo inside your body is dead but you haven’t expelled it.
