The Fulbright Scholarship
Students can apply to one of approximately 500 different grants offered each year. Most grants are awarded to US citizens but there are a small number of applications from foreign nationals accepted each year as well.

The Rotary Peace Fellowship
The award is based on financial need as well as community service and academics. Rotary Fellows study public policy, conflict resolution, and diplomacy at leading universities worldwide.
The National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program
The Gates Cambridge Scholarship
The Gates Cambridge Scholarship covers your tuition fees plus a stipend of £16,000 per year (£13,500 plus summer funding if applicable).
The Sidney R. Yates Fellowship
This postgraduate fellowship offers American high school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores and juniors who are outstanding leaders with a chance to study abroad at one of 10 participating universities in countries including England, Germany and France.

The Edward S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Award
The Gilman International Scholarship Program
Students must be receiving Pell Grant funding at time of application (not awarded retrospectively) and must maintain satisfactory academic progress in their college or university studies to continue receiving awards.
Up to five awards are offered each year for study/internship abroad experiences that occur during summer, academic year, spring term, winter term, or short-term (less than three months). –
1 Gilman Scholarship Program award is given out every year with an average award amount of $4200 . The deadline for application typically occurs between late November and early December each year .
