How Do I Create An Account On ServiceWA?
If you’re looking for a service, you can browse by category or search for specific services. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, click New Service Request and fill out that form. Once your request is submitted, it will be routed to a ServiceWA team member who will respond as soon as possible.
After you’ve submitted your request, there are two ways you can communicate with ServiceWA. First, you can call or chat with a service agent directly by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right of any page on ServiceWA. The second way is through email. If you want to follow up on a previous interaction or haven’t heard back from us, just reply directly to your communication with us.
Should I Update The Application To A New Version?
If you are using an older version of your application, and it is having problems, you may want to consider updating it. However, since new versions come out all of the time, many users skip updating until there’s a problem that requires them to update.

How Do I Change The Notification Settings On ServiceWA?
ServiceWA is a free mobile app for your Android or iOS smartphone that lets you check in on your local road conditions. It’s easy to customize ServiceWA so it works best for you, but we’ll walk you through how to change your notification settings so you don’t get interrupted with alerts when you don’t need them.
Start by opening up ServiceWA and tapping More at the bottom of your screen. You’ll see a lot of different icons, including one that looks like two gears. Tap that icon to open up Settings, then select Notifications.
ServiceWA will give you three options for how you receive alerts: None (which is exactly what it sounds like), Location Only, or All. Select All if you want every notification sent to your phone—or choose Location Only if you only want Service alerts when there are weather-related road closures nearby—then tap Save. From now on, you won’t get any notifications from ServiceWA unless there’s something happening in your area.
