SpaceX claimed its first high-altitude Starship launch test a success despite the explode-y landing. Though, SpaceX violated the terms of its launch license, triggering an investigation and delaying the next test originally scheduled for January 28th. SpaceX has announced that it will attempt its second high-altitude Starship test today.

It’s not clear what SpaceX did wrong that violated its license. At the time, the FAA said it “will not compromise its responsibility to protect public safety,” adding that “we will approve the modification only after we are satisfied that SpaceX has taken the necessary steps to comply with regulatory requirements.”
