When enabled, the dark mode switches from the default white interface and completely turns the app to black. This feature is also known as Night Mode and has a lot of benefits. A lot of us expose our eyes to millions of light rays every day. For an hour of the day, you can switch to night mode making daytime look dark on your device. Now you have nothing to worry about when you look down at your screen for too long.
How To Enable The Dark Mode
The mode is available to all WhatsApp and here’s is how to enable it:
- Open the messaging app
- On your home page, click on the icon with three vertical dots
- Next, click on Settings
- Tap on “Chats”
- Then “Theme”
- Click on “Dark Mode” to get it activated
