Twitter is presently testing a feature that will blow the mind of its users: YouTube videos that play in the app. It’s sounds so ordinary, but you no longer need to leave Twitter before you watch YouTube videos.
Watch YouTube Videos From Your Twitter Feed
Twitter support team twitter a test that will make YouTube videos playable from within Tweets. Twitter also included a GIF of what the feature will look like, which allows you to smoothly scroll through your feed and watch any YouTube videos that pop up.
Before now, you’d have to click on a link to the YouTube video, and then watch the video in the YouTube app instead. That means you have to have to leave the Twitter app every time you want to watch a YouTube video.
Twitter For Streaming Videos
Twitter isn’t just for text-based Tweets anymore. It’s a hub for sharing photos, videos, voice Tweets, and even engaging in audio-only voice chats in Spaces.
The test is currently being rolled out on iOS devices only, so Android users will, unfortunately, have to wait a bit longer to see this feature appear on their devices.
